Ticket price: 169,- € incl. 4 courses, aperitif, wine accompaniment to the menu, water and coffee.
At the 4 Hands Dinner, the two 3-toque chefs Johannes Fuchs (Restaurant Fuxbau in the Arabella Jagdhof in Hof near Salzburg) and Sebastian Leutgeb (Gourmetrestaurant Paula in the Hotel Weisser Bär in St. Wolfgang) create, cook and enchant a 4-course menu and celebrate pure French classics. Johannes Fuchs challenged and encouraged Sebastian Leutgeb as head chef and mentor for over 5 years, and today the two of them are cooking together again for you - including duck liver, oysters and caviar, of course. The accompanying wines come from Döllerer Weinhandelshaus.
